Shaun Lambert - Psychotherapist

About me
I am an integrative and relational counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience in pastoral care and counselling, as well as spiritual direction-through my work as a minister. I am also an author and a retreat leader, with a particular interest in mainstream and Christian mindfulness.
I started training with Roehampton University in 1998 and continued until 2010, when I completed a dissertation for my MA. I have had placements with secular and Christian counselling charities, been a student counsellor for a sixth form college, counselled students at a Christian college, as well as treating some clients from a workplace setting. I also have a small private practice and lead mindfulness retreats.
I am currently undergoing a training pathway with The Mindfulness Network in their one-to-one specialism, integrating mindfulness into therapy. My interest in mindfulness has come out of a PhD I completed in 2022, which informs my therapy and my spiritual direction.
